11 Sep Can Adults Take Ballet Classes?
YOUR BEST BALLET MOVES ARE UNFOLDING
Classical Russian ballet has a distinct magical charm that works wonders on children and adults alike. The sensational moves that attract the audience, conquer their hearts and sometimes leave a slight bitterness in the soul is something many of us have dreamed of – fluttering around the stage, like Maya Plisetskaya or Mikhail Baryshnikov.
As the days roll by, however, and age begins to set, we seem to lose touch with these dreams, and they become vague. But are our childhood dreams worth being abandoned, especially when a chance to realize them remains? You sure know the answer! It’s a no-no!!
THE PERFECT TIME TO REACH YOUR DREAM – NOW!
Ballet classes for adults – men and women, are simply amazing! Adult Ballet class offers you the real opportunity to realize and connect with your most secret desires. And that includes learning how to master your body perfectly, to understand the professional secrets of choreographic mastery – how sweet!
Our experienced teachers at the Russian School of Ballet have developed special programs for adults with different levels of training. Starting with those who never once stood at the ballet barre, and ending with those who have been engaged in ballet for many years and now want to refresh their skills.
BALLET FOR ADULTS – A ROAD TO YOURSELF
Our students do not have to meet any standards and pass strict screenings. All we require are people who genuinely love ballet and want to do it. And this is the most important criterion.
The absence of a previous ballet dance experience should never pose any challenge towards practising ballet. Like in almost all life endeavours, dedication is key to successful outcomes.
This same principle applies to ballet – dedication and a great desire to work; committing at least a couple of hours a week to allow yourself reincarnate as a real ballerina is always worth the effort. And that’s the success that we help all our students accomplish irrespective of their age or size!
OUR LESSONS INCLUDE:
- Stretching (warm-up)
